PHILOSOPHY

Mindy’s life passion grows out of helping others, especially helping others empower themselves with the ancient continuously evolving wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Qigong; practices which have stood the test of time. She references one other philosophy, which she sums up in one word: “MOVE,” a direct counterpoint to the primary directive of all Chinese medicine, “Stagnation is the mother of disease.”
